Strength Building Health and Fitness Program

We"ll work together to build an efficient program according to your preferences and objectives.

You can workout at home (with equipment) or at a gym.

Minimum commitment (to see results) is 3 months.

What you'll get :

- 3 or more training sessions per week (duration is up to you !).

- Cardio, HIIT, and strength training included in the program

- Access to the program via google sheets with recommendations and illustrations

- Regular progress meetings (ideally 1 per month) for  review and adaptation of the program to follow your progression and needs 

- Ongoing support

- Nutrition tips to help you reach your goals

- Online or in person training sessions if needed
