My name is Marine.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, I spent my youth practicing and then teaching gymnastics. As an adult, I started joining gyms wherever I lived and fell in love with fitness and strength training.
For me, working out is more than just a way to stay in shape, it’s a lifestyle, it’s a therapy when I am feeling down or stressed out and it’s also a way to feel confident and strong in a world where women sometimes struggle to make their place.

Why "Turtle With Muscle" ?
Weight loss, muscle gain, fitness improvement, core rehabilitation, ... whatever your objective might be, it won't happen overnight.You'll have to trust the process, it'll be slow but you'll reach your goals with commitment and consistency !

My motivation :
I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer to help others enjoy the countless benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle. I like the challenge of making people happier and more confident.

My certification :
I have obtained my certification through ISSA which is a well recognized association both in the US and worldwide.
I also completed a course about “coaching the postpartum client” which gave me the ability to work safely with new mothers helping them to get back in shape.

My idea of Personal Training :
As a PERSONAL trainer, I’ll use my experience and knowledge to help clients reach their goals by setting up a personalized and adaptive program for each and every individual according to their current lifestyle and physical condition but also to their needs, preferences, schedule, and more.
I can tell from experience that when someone feels the need to make lasting changes in their habits, they can’t just take any program and make it work. The whole process has to be thought and adapted thoroughly to ensure success. And it’s exactly what I intend to do for my clients, whoever they are and whatever their objectives might be (loose weight, become fitter/stronger, or just adopt healthier habits to live a longer, happier life, etc.).
I am not interested in being just a teacher and the client just an executor. If you choose me as your trainer, we’ll be a team, working together in your best interest.
